Couple weeks ago i saw a thread here on BHW, if i dont mistake, about how to get 100's of relevant images for your Pinterest board using a certain website. But i cant find this topic or that website anymore.
On the website you could give your search term and it searched related pictures (pictures with text/ tags on it) which you then can select to pin to your board.
