how long has it not let you follow or limit your followers? try unfollowing everyone like 300 a day until your follow list is cleared and then see if it still limits you. i had something simaler happen and this fixed it

why not download a clone of instagram to your phone. then you can have both accounts opened at the same time on your mobile.... thats what i do
