Market Samurai is shared here on the forum with a patch so you can try it out for yourself. I don't use the research aspects of it to find niches (more about my current sites) so I can't really comment
Certainly worth buying if it fits your needs and you have a budget for it.
Well in answer to the VPN question I would just get a VPS. It's essentially your own 'server' so you know how it will be setup and how it is configured security wise, and then use OpenVPN on it.
You can find PLENTY of sub-$7 provders on LowEndBox blog and 256MB ram is plenty for OpenVPN...
You could try lowendbox (google it) who blogs about sub $7 /month VPS plans. The guy is pretty thorough in his research and unbiased. Even though he focuses on under $7 plans most of the places offer higher end packages.
Too many search requests from not enough IP's.
Just get some fresh proxies, or some private ones so that you know the IPs aren't being used by anyone else
I certainly wouldn't use it on the direct website. Especially anything remotely BH. People would be able to pull the email/phone details off the website to complain
Not quite sure what you mean.
If you add the site into Google Webmaster Tools you have the option to set which country it is. So regardless of the domain name you can set which country it is targeted to (and show up in that countrys listings)
I've been doing most of these but there are a couple of new techniques for me to try. I have to say that I've definitely been seeing good results with the stuff I have been doing though
