Campaign runs since about 7 days but starts and stops randomly. Bids are high. Budget is high. I wonder if its in review. The ads account is about 1 month old.

I have a campaing running but after a few hours it stops and says "we currently can't determine why your ad isnt running...". Then after several hours or a day it starts again but stops again after some hours and same message again. Budget is high enough. Does anyone know whats going on?
