Thanks for the info, the url is drugtestingclinics.co.uk (haven't posted enough to include links yet). We have SSL certificates, a privacy policy page (and official document), and a terms and conditions official document. Would you suggest we had these documents as pages rather than media?

We have multiple sites for our company and since the "Medic" update we've lost over 50% of our daily traffic from Google. I can't for the life of me figure out why our competitors are still doing well and we aren't even on Google anymore. We have all the correct accreditations, all our content...
