Bing doesn't follow or value nofollow links so they are pointless for ranking. The Bing index is a lot smaller than the Google index. The trick is getting your links indexed in Bing. There's no point in doing 250 ******** links a week if you're only getting 1 or 2 of them indexed if you're lucky.
