Hi there,

I'm sure there are Bangkok citizens in BHW. I was looking for a flat / hotel there for a period of 1 month (June 20, August 26). Moreover it have to be located near Silom Road. There are many hotels there but I'm looking for something cheaper than 1125$.

Thanks for your help whenever you know a place I can stay.

I've got a tenant in mine till the end of August otherwise I could have sorted you out. Not Silom, but right next to Prakanong BTS, only 10 minutes to Silom on the Sky train.

Check http://www.bangkokpropertyservices.com/ you may have a problem just finding one for one month though. Most are longer term lets.

Found several flats there for less than 600$. Thanks for your precious help guys.

My advice is to get a hotel room for 2 or 3 nights near where you want to live and then spend a couple of days walking around the neighborhood looking at apartments. I have always found it better (in Thailand) to wait till you arrive to find a flat and you can see what you are getting in person. There is no shortage of apartments so no need to book over the internet.

Also take a look at this website here: http://www.mrroomfinder.com/

Euro Grande Hotel - 27 USD / Night - Great Deal ! , check it out on Agoda , unlikely anyone is going to rent you a cheap apartment for only one month.

There are lots of furnished and serviced apartments available by the week or month. Depending on location they start at around 6k Baht a month. Most owners don't speak English and have no idea how to advertise their rooms online. It's best just to go there and stay in a hotel for 2 or 3 nights to check it out as previously mentioned.
