Since I've Googled around and apparently no one does this, is anyone willing to set up a system where I could pay for downloads of episodes of a podcast? In essence, I'd send you the RSS feed, and you'd set up a bot just to download episodes. Would probably need to be from varying IP addresses...

I've always found that if I do step #1 (i.e., load up a bunch of content before launching, then backdate the posts) and make it look like I have tons of content, months old, despite only launching a few hours ago... That works best.

This is a total noob question I know, but why buy old adwords accounts? I assume it's because google bans people now and again... but is there more to that? Is there some sort of money making angle to turning over old adwords accounts?
