You didn't understand what OP is asking. As per the OP post, 80$/100$ limit has been there for some time now, if you managed to get to 1200$ limit, that's 10x better than most people have it nowadays anyway.

Did you try testing with legit video then? Don't see you mentioning it anywhere. See if legit one gets ranked, that way you will know if it really is vid problem.

I'm glad Google started cracking down on logs/such people. Disgusting way to not pay for the ads, especially those who use payment method from the account owner. It is also very stupid to post something like this on an online forum.
