I had a personal ad account on which I made ads long ago. I have not used it for years, just recently started again. BM wasnt really a thing back then, so it was personal ad account. So now I have created a new ad account in Business Manager but found out soon you are limited by 46eur a day budget, which could go on for months even. Then noticed my personal ad account has a higher spending limit, so I added it to BM as suggested. It seems like it have created a new BM ad account out of that? But it has a spending limit of 320 eur, personal has 240eur.

How does this connection work between personal facebook ad account and the newly created BM ad account? And why does it have a higher spending limit than my personal account? Im utterly confused by all of this

Don't worry about it, you can add more accounts to BM and it can help you increase your daily spending threshold, but it also depends on your campaign.

Personal accounts can break the limit and have higher spending limits when your advertising budget is set higher and you spend regularly each day, but when adding an account to BM, it's up to you how to add it. any :
+ line 1: account will become official BM account
(but when adding an account and this line, the account will usually have the same limit as BM) for example: account with limit of 25$ added to BM with limit of 50$ or more into an account limited to $50 )
+ line 2: will be a personal account but managed by BM

if you want to spend and have a big budget, buy an account, a lot of people sell it

A business account will take priority over a personal account if you spend a lot. Later, if you spend on multiple business accounts, you can limit $1500, Nolimit. Depends on your spending budget. You can create additional accounts within your business. That is Meta's policy

A business account allows you to create a lot of accounts within. There is only one personal account. If you spend well, your spending limit will be raised very quickly compared to a personal account

That is also Facebook's vulnerability that can be relied on to create accounts with high limits
