Dont really understand the question but you have to declare the income and pay taxes on it. If you do it through an LLC, it's going to be likely simpler for you than doing it through a C-corp (where you'd pay double taxes).

Yea it's legit. I use them for my VPN service company and they've been a lifesaver. Would have gotten booted off stripe without it. Wouldn't listen to @avivd25 he sounds like a mouthbreather.
