Is Chargeblast.io legit?

Hi all,

I run a VPN service that provides VPN subscriptions direct to consumers. We get a lot of chargebacks and use Stripe for payment processing.

I came across this site, chargeblast.io, which claims to eliminate all chargebacks. Does anyone know if this is legit? Seems almost too good to be true.
