I've had some success with this before. Make sure the file name and description is SEO friendly, embed them contextually onto a website using an iframe, I used WordPress blog posts and make sure the sharing is set to completely public not just "anyone with the link".

I know of a slow free way to do it... join one of the (many!) Facebook review exchange groups. Handpick who you exchange with - they write you a review and vice versa. I've had some good success with it. Make sure you check the profiles you exchange with first for friends/activity/looking legit...
