In that case just install some proxy software on it. For socks you can use a ssh backconnect through cygwin. Or just google for windows proxy servers, that would be the easiest.

Why don't any of you guys use IFTTT for autoblogging instead of these apps? It's free. It doesn't create accounts but it is supposed to be able to put fresh content on there daily using other feeds you code into it. I have only heard about it but never tried it.
