I made 25 purchases and got some positive feedback to start with I had only 1 sale so far from a customer who bought an item from me If I call eBay to ask for a higher selling limit will they accept or decline?

Ok thx by the way does Free Shipping bumps my listings to the top? I can't really ship free because these items are priced really low because I have an eBay competitor selling the same items and I can't price my items higher than them And they offer free shipping on +$100 orders and I can't do...
