I am currently using one drop shipper for all my listings

I gave them my credit card and they will charge it every time I email them the Item SKU, quantity and Address and then provide me with a tracking number

Now, how do I automate this process? Like, when someone wins an auction or buys a fixed price item, it automatically sends the feed to my supplier

At the moment I am doing all this manually

I can't even think of managing 3-5 orders a day I'm going to be completely lost

I don't really want to use Excel which again is manual

Is there any way to automate the whole thing using a bot or some kind of an automated CMS?

What type of web site you are having??? Hire a professional web developer and then give this job to him.

Seeing as eBay is the biggest I would expect your fulfilment house to be able integrate. If they don't integrate with eBay then they probably don't integrate with anything which means you might need to find another fulfilment house.....

What do they connect up to? If it's Magento, for example, you could set up a basic shopping cart online which will pull the orders from eBay and send them to be fulfilled.

Your FH should have an API, if so you will need to go to somewhere like freelancer.com and post a job

Don't ask me to code this for you but how about this:

You must have some trigger that the sale is ok and the dropshipper can be contacted. I don't know what it is but you should. :p (Perhaps a confirmation mail of payment to your email account?)
Once you get that trigger you use a PHP script to email the SKU to your supplier.
    Done.

Sounds easier than it is, I know.
I still hope this helps you in some way though but feel free to ignore as you see fit. :)
