I remember seeing a guide where you can have an addon in scrapebox that does this. Forgot what it's called though. But I've seen great reviews about screaming frog too. You can try them to see which works best for you.

I did the same strategy where I engage with my followers and it does work for me. I also take advantage of the hashtags and discover options then follow them and like their posts and sometimes comment something nice. I do this every day, by the way, the IG account is for my dog.
