Hey there! Do you guys have any techniques or websites you use to keep up with Trends?
All sorts of trends,
trends for products (specific products or product types that are trendy right now, like longboards and beanbags), trends for google/blog searches (fastest ways to loose weight, or cheap tasty meals), instagram hashtag trends...

Google Trends is kinda obvious, BuzzSumo is another great one.

I think this comes from reading periodically news websites, business blogs and the whole suite of business/marketing/IT media.

I would recommend trend hunter and google trend
