I used this method to change my IP address perm But when i go to google and type ip. It shows same IP.. I wanna change my IP bcz i am making new account on youtube, my old one got suspended.

Yesterday i found this site again, and tried to make my account with the same email i made 2 years ago. It said, a account already exist with that email, so i clicked on forgot password and recovered it :P Btw this is just about making money? And how to get promotions?

Ok, so my youtube account got suspended. So how can i make another account without getting it disabled? It is suspended for 6 months. Can i make another account with same email?
