^Agreed. It's much more difficult, from a coder's perspective, to do with livestreams vs. uploaded videos. I can't imagine a bot that could reliably do this.

I'm pretty sure one of the factors is time. A comment with +10 score and an hour old will probably come before one with +100 and a year old.
