    It's not black hat, the guy is selling some collection stuff (i'm not really into it). I was thinking about asking between $100 - $200, but i don't know if it's too much.

    I like it's simplicity. On the other hand, i hate it's chaos regarding the plugins - i newer know where to look for settings for a certain plugin. It puts it everywhere on the dashboard, so i hope they'll address that issue in some future updates.

    There's not really one place you can learn that. Just browse some tutorials, when you have doubts, check WP's codex pages, and eventually, you pick stuff along the way. If you need help, ask here or on WP forums, and that's really it :)
