In the end, i decided to use Velocity Central. They accept Payza, and you can google the URL.
They had a promotion, so i bought a one year package for $5.

i'm in a need of a cheap and reliable hosting, something around $1/month, that's reliable and accepts Payza.
I don't need something large, it's for a smaller site.
It's not black hat, the guy is selling some collection stuff (i'm not really into it). I was thinking about asking between $100 - $200, but i don't know if it's too much.
Well, as i said, it's a website, meaning it's online :D stuff, not offline, and it should be powered with WordPress and eCommerce plugin, with customization of the theme and plugin?
I like it's simplicity.
On the other hand, i hate it's chaos regarding the plugins - i newer know where to look for settings for a certain plugin.
It puts it everywhere on the dashboard, so i hope they'll address that issue in some future updates.
There's not really one place you can learn that. Just browse some tutorials, when you have doubts, check WP's codex pages, and eventually, you pick stuff along the way.
If you need help, ask here or on WP forums, and that's really it :)
The workflow most WP makers practice is PSD -> HTML file -> WP theme.
The hardest part is to code a html file, and eventually creating a Control Panel for WP Theme (but, that's optional for now).
