Recommend cheap/reliable hosting that accepts Payza

Hi,
i'm in a need of a cheap and reliable hosting, something around $1/month, that's reliable and accepts Payza.
I don't need something large, it's for a smaller site.

someone please reply even i am in need of it(i am quite sure that a few other people are also looking for it)

i've used the following free host that are shit to me

000webhost-fantastico not working, even we cannot upload wordpress via FTP(actually it uploads most of the files but not all )
host1free-we cannot use any WP plugins

In the end, i decided to use Velocity Central. They accept Payza, and you can google the URL.
They had a promotion, so i bought a one year package for $5.
