Yep I called that number yesterday at exactly 4:12 pm EST and no answer. Will try it today or tomorrow once I get a hold of an international calling card. I called from a prepaid phone with about $20 in credit but maybe it doesnt allow international calls.

Nope. I'm a Canadian resident but I'm currently back home in south america(don't feel comfortable disclosing exact location) and I believe they're located in the US. I can provide bank/credit card statements, plane ticket etc if they'd needed.
