my network is set up in such a way that every time you download/upload too much in a short amount of time your bandwidth gets throttled heavily.. i think the exact numbers are around 1gb in an hour and then throttled an hour to <200kbps down from 80mbps..sad... anyways, this is not imposed by...- tarzan2
