You can't copy descriptions as YouTube rank video based on uniqueness of content. Description is one of the way YouTube can read what you have in your video as they don't know what you share. If you have something similar to your competitors, there is no need to rank your newly upload video.

Have a fanpage related to your niche. Find targeted fans and send them to your fanpage. Then from there, share your videos. Ask your fans to watch your videos and offer something in the video for them to like, comment and such.

The 301 error is a result of YouTube checking the traffic source. After a while, it will be okay. The 200 limit might have something to do with this. Idk. never encounter something like this before.
