i'm having problems making an account with them. unfortunately i'm not from the us and i'm trying to make us accounts to use with vouchers, but they suspend all the accounts. i've got a lot of vouchers and i can't use them and it's getting very annoying. any ideas

It is an entry level support. They ask you some questions and then they forward it to the billing.

US and billing and address match. i used paypal and still they blocked my account.
