adcenter billing verification

    i've tried making some accounts with adcenter but all of them got suspended and they said they can't verify the billing. any idea about the verification process?

    where are you from ? and does your billing information and your address match ?

    US and billing and address match. i used paypal and still they blocked my account.

    I'm not in the US and had several conversations with support without problems, try call them directly, as they are not Google.

    In my opinion, if you are going WH I think it's easier for you to have an answer there.

    Sussy, I've been experiencing the same problem.
    I even used different paypal accounts, none linking to another in any way, still they claim they cannot verify billing.
    I don't think it's a billing issue, there is no way it can be, once the paypal account in good working order is linked, how can there be a "billing" problem.
    Sussy, have you tried calling them to find out why?

    yes, i've tried. but they want me to call them from the phone linked to the account and i couldn't. any ideas how to get around this? i have vouchers and i can't use them because of this billing issue.

    Sussy, How did you get a hold of the department that told you "they want me to call them from the phone linked to the account" ?
    Did you use the phone# that Mrodriguezo put above? I thought that was an entry level support where they "forward" your problem to someone esle....
    So you actually reached "billing department"?

    It is an entry level support. They ask you some questions and then they forward it to the billing.
