Unable to at the moment as I am on my mobile.. Is there a reason for this?

I went on to use yelp this morning to check a few reviews and the system is only showing 50 results per page or category, is there any reason for this?

You say copied content, that's where you will be falling short. For SEO purposes try to generate original content even if it surrounds a product taken from amazon.

It can still be effective if done in a proper manner. For example there is a few blogs where if I can get in the first 1-10 comments and offer a valid and valued point, then I notice good traffic and links from these sites.

Get social and interactive within a community either on your social profiles or forums etc. If you write great content, share it in the right avenues of traffic it will get picked up and backlinks through sharing, social bookmarking and added to other social sites etc.
