This along with following other popular celebrities can really help you out when starting twitter accounts. Sure the followers are useless, but no one wants to follow anyone that doesn't have any other followers...

That's a simple Linear Programming problem that you can just plug into Excel and get it to maximize for you using the Solver Add-in.
