Google Mouse Recorder , download the free version.
Make a Macro wich klicks on the button"Text" and Paste your text in the box(with link) + enter.
Good for random Traffic , its fully automated. After arround 25~ posts you have to resset your ip(google for a .bat script for your router if you have a dynamic ip adress and insert it into the macro)

I could see spinning this a lot of different ways. I wonder about the type of people using this and the type of interaction possible. Anyway, thanks for the link!
