I've been using Payoneer banks they used to work 2-3 months back but they're not working right now Accounts get disabled due to suspicious payments

If your ads doesn't starts it means you've put lower bid or budget try increasing you bid once if it doesn't works then try increasing budget

I tried the same method you've mentioned above and facing the same issue as you're Accounts get suspended because of suspicious payments as soon as i create new campaign

Try using some VCC and then you can spend those 350$
