Average CPI for Google Ads?

As the title suggests, I'm wondering what's the average CPI for Google Ads. My ads were recently approved, but I put 0.4$ as my goal CPI. However, the ads doesn't seem to start...

Would this be the problem? (This is my first time advertising via Google Ads).

If your ads doesn't starts it means you've put lower bid or budget
try increasing you bid once if it doesn't works then try increasing budget

Try and increase the bid - make it double. When starts you need to start and test from there.

I've been successful working from the top down before. What I mean is, if at your current bid, your ads aren't running, raise it by 100% - 200%.

If they run like you would think they would, start lowering your bid until it starts to drop off.

Make sure to set your budget low at first though.
