I find it odd the accounts I didn't use your vba's on but secondeye's vba's and created at same time using same method were not limited. PayPal says it is specifically bank accounts linked that caused this. Screenshots attached, please resolve. I spent $90 btc on these vba's for nothing.

Please check your Skype need your help. Would not recommend purchasing any VBA'S from OP until he refunds me since I got multiple accounts limited directly because of the VBA'S given. VBA'S used by Secondeye did not give this issue.

Going on two weeks still waiting for vba to be verified, being asked to send in screenshot to verify i am not trying to rip after he sold me prepaid vcc that shows such on paypal for $25. This is a joke. Don't buy VCC it's waste of money.

It's not because of the address it's the card bin not working. I made sure all information matches and won't work linking to paypal since the reason I got this was to verify ebay account with avs card since ebay refuses to link to paypal acc. Please provide working card this is not working...
