I have less than 1% bounce rate. This is something that I am still trying to figure out.I have found that once your mailing servers get flagged,your emails will fall in the spam folder even if you change the sender's name and email address.Changing the email headline and content doesn't help either.

I am not sure what the ISPs complain threshold is but the complains from your subscribers and hard bounces are two major factors behind your emails falling in the spam folder.Did you clean your list before importing it? What is your average bounce rate?
