Cold Mailing-Emails Falling in the Spam Folder.What To Do?

Guys I need your help with cold mailing.I have a buyers list(these guys have purchased one or more of my products in the past,a few years back) of around 10k.I am trying to revive this list(didn't mail them for the last couple of years).I scrubbed this list and imported it in multiple established autoresponder services as well in my self hosted mailing solution but my mails are not hitting the inbox(or even the promotion folder).Almost all the time my mails are falling in the spam folder.

I would like to ask what is the best way to re-establish contact with this list.I have tried to do it by giving away a freebie but that is not working.All my subsequent emails are falling in the spam folder.

are you using warmed up emails? do your messages contain any links? do you have DMARC/SPF/DKIM set up? are you using "free" in your subject line?

there are many factors that could be contributing to it. ultimately you want to use emails from a domain that is at least 3+ months old, with emails warmed up (have been sending messages for weeks, ramped up from nothing to a much larger amount), while setting up all of the email authentication with dmarc/spf/dkim etc

Thanks for providing guidance,bro.The domain I am sending the email from,is 3 month plus old but I didn't warm up the sender email much(sent only 1 email from it before sending out promotional emails).I didn't use the word "free" in the subject line but haven't set up DMARK/SPF/DKIM.

I'll take action on your advice.Let's see if the issue goes sway.

Use an AI software like Google Bard or ChatGPT4 to write yourself an email never to be fall into the spam box. You may use this prompt:

Write me an email that will never fall to the spam box, promoting a product about "PUT YOUR NICHE HERE"
Use {{ firstname }} for her name.
Don't use spam words. Use similar words.
Make them wonder about it and click the link.
You won't use the products name.

Also, don't send the emails at once. Wait 1 to 5 mins between each send.
Using a tiny bridge page may be logical for you.
