I don't think you ever really get permanently banned unless you completely fuck up. However, I do believe that (from my experience) you can be flagged as an illegitimate account if you spam too quick.

Hi guys, The problem was because I was running FL 8.2.2 (it wouldn't auto-update and would say it was the latest version for some reason). Works perfectly now!

The DBC part of FL is flawed, it's on "Remote" and I've input my correct login details, yet it doesn't even attempt to do Captcha's, what's the problem?
