The term "real" looking in terms of twitter followers is commonly misused. I think real should mean bio + profile image + updating tweets. Most services don't offer the later. PM if your interested in followers that will never unfollow and tweet on a daily basis.

Create a bot that photoshops an image that you feed it in real time. That would take a long time, but would be visually stunning in my opinion.

Depends if you are buying the service or just scraping their website. A lot of twitter generators already scrape so they go extinct pretty quickly and are pretty slow, but if you are buying the private ones, you should be fine.

You could always find a bitcoin exchange service. That is how a few gambling sites in the U.S. have gotten around regulations.
