If the page I build the link on is new and not counting to the search engine, I could link to the new page within my site's sitemap and then Google will index it the newly built page, am I correct?

I'm using ahrefs trial and I'm very happy with them, except that I can't find a good on page SEO optimization tool. It doesn't seem like Majestic offer such a tool either. I'm also confused about what Majestic means by "1 million units analysis": https://gyazo.com/bce07961d858fe09470fe145e102c1a2

I've tried Ahrefs for a little while now, but I can't find any on page SEO tool, do they not offer such a tool?
