I am getting some complaints from one individual while I don't get much complaints overall. Is there any way to send people to my affiliate url, while having the browser to show generic url for the offer? Sorry if this is a stupid question. :)

I have about 5K of emails I autorespond daily. I'm trying to move away from this and replace it with IM bot. I tried to search IM bot on this forum, but for some reason nothing came up. (Is the search working :confused:) Anyhow, can someone recommend a good IM bot solution?
