Definitely not safe. You will burn your first few domains. Stick to white/grey hat for your real business and only use black hat on churn and burn affiliate sites.
Your first 10-20 videos are just practice anyway. Just focus on making each upload 1% better than the last, and delete or private the old bad ones later if they bother you.
