So seemingly out of nowhere, a PDF has leapt to the first page of the SERPs for my client's name. The listing jumped about 14 spots, and we're dumbfounded as to how that could happen. The page has no backlinks - only a DA of about 92. What can we do to suppress this, or remove it altogether...
