Are there any specific CPA programs that you like to use? The CPA programs that I usually use for my applications (gwallet, peanut labs, sometrics, super rewards) would shut me down so fast its not even funny. Any ideas what you are planning once fb demands that all offers incentized or not...

A good solid user goes for 1.XX ish according to the CPA companies. These are 100% targeted folks...they know why they are there and they might pull out there credit card if you capture them the right way. I have worked with a few lists of 1+M on a funny quote and gotten very poor response...
