It's pretty much required right now to setup MCC accounts with a real phone number. 1. What providers would you recommend to deal with the phone verification step? 2. Let say I have an account with a US credit card. Will having an MCC with phone verified in another country trigger any thing...

I have agency adwords account that I am running nutra. my accounts are good, but my agency is not able to create MCC manager accounts to hold my accounts. Does it matter if I just buy off some PVA accounts here and use them as MCC to hold my legitimate spending agency accounts?

Has anyone successfully implemented double meta refresh (to hide referrer) on their sites and ran on Adwords? Will this cause your site to be tagged for "malicious software" since you are redirecting all the time?
