I have no way of checking the status of those accounts as I removed them from my database table since all of them were suspended. The accounts will be only used to follow a few people, they will not tweet or post content whatsoever.

Yes. I did create a 1000 accounts and they all got "suspended". There might be a little waiting time between each account near a minute because my bot does not use multithreading. Also, thank you for the information. It is much appreciated and I'll keep all of that in mind!
