I saw a comment under a thread about a crypto youtube channel and that you can earn money (aside from ad revenue) with referral and affiliate links. I want to give this a shot but I have no idea where to start, so I'm hoping there are some people here who have experience in this who can help me...
I'm currently figuring out YouTube Short's algorithm while improving my editing skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro so that I can apply that knowledge and skill to a new channel.
I feel like I've been wasting so much time trying to "get rich quick" instead of actually learning valuable skills that could set me good for life if I stick with them. So I'm interested to know your view on this. (edit: to avoid confusion, I'm talking $1 million/year or more)
Another update on this. I'm struggling to find ideas for this niche. I'm currently making those type of "interesting facts" shorts where there's an AI narrator explaining some phenomenon or so. For only having 6 subs, those shorts didn't do too bad. The second short I uploaded got 1.4k views in...
Here's a quick update on this thread.
Yesterday I created my channel and I made my first short which is currently sitting at 780 views. It got over 1.4k appearances in the feed, with 55% of users actually watching it for a certain amount of time. I just uploaded a new short with some tweaks...
I don't think 1 video per hour would be necessary tbh. In the long run I believe that I'd have more succes if I create better quality vids instead of as much vids as I can.
Yeah for sure. But once it's monetized you should have a good amount of daily views. Just trust the process ig. Let me know how it goes! I'm going to start soon
