From what I'm seeing, captions definitely still matter for getting people to stay and convert, but for pure reach, it's mostly about that lightning-fast hook in the first few seconds of your video and whether people stick around.
It sounds like the algorithm is just flagging accounts for sus activity when they blow up too fast, maybe it's their weird way of checking if you're actually real and not a bot trying to game the system with viral content
You can't just "buy tips" to bypass Instagram's security because that's literally what it's there for to protect accounts. You just gotta try logging in from a IP address located near to "your accounts". For example, ask your seller to get its geo, then buy residental proxy near by accounts
