I'll let someone who has done more with Pinterest answer your first question, but did you use a proxy when you switched accounts? I'm pretty sure they are like most sites and limit by IP address. Get a proxy and clear your cookies/cache.

You've only uploaded 60 videos in 6 months? That's like 1 video every 3 days. Scale that sh*t up. It'll also be easier to see the commonalities of the videos that do get views when you have a larger sample size.
