I received a free review copy of a report on my competitors' Google Ads from OP. The seller was quick, delivering the report in just a few minutes. While I am not sure if the report covered every single ad, the report is thorough and could provide a strong advantage over the competition.
I have learned this by burning clients' money and working on my own products. You learn in the process. Their money, your learning. You compensate for that by showing them results eventually.
Only expertise can land you a remote job. Why would a company hire you over local candidates for generic skills, especially when there is a large pool of qualified professionals nearby, unless you are applying for microwork?
Google will treat the other policy pages as duplicate.
If you force index, it may work I am guessing. That looks super black hat lol. but how is that going to help? What are you going to do about the privacy policy in the slug?
If you already have force indexed and it wont index, you have to wait.
Maybe try changing the url and reindexing. If it still wont index, leave it for sometime.
those pages are not useless pages but mandatory pages according to google and is always prioritised over other pages for a new website. Give sometime for other pages to be indexed.
With that budget, I'd consider starting a link-building outreach campaign myself. If you opt for link sellers, its rare you will find a site not a part of the linkfarm
