OK, i made both i make same god back links on the sandblasted and i start a new one, But is very hard to know where is the mistake, my first site pass all the Panda until now! And it have 1 year old.

I don't use 301. The idea is that only my index page it was sandblasted the rest of pages is still in the same place! Anyway i change all may index content an i start to change some links from keyword links to domain links, hope this it will help!
