In just one day my site is gone for last Google EMD and Panda v3
I like to ask if some members have this experience and if they managed to put a sandbox site back on the first page!?
Or is best to make another site and try to follow the Google lines!?

Google is so unpredictable lately that even new sites may get caught in the next update. If it's an EMD and Panda, these are factors you can control. But be warned, if you have good ranks at Bing/Yahoo, the changes you make will likely cause that traffic to drop. A lot of good people and hard working webmasters were caught up in this - good luck.

Explain more about your site. The amount of content is has, the links pointing to it, etc etc.

    First, Stay Calm.
Leave the site and go outside, get some fresh air.
Don't think about it. Just leave it there for about 1 months.

Then, start building some quality links into it.
    Remember, quality > quantity.
Your site will slowly gain back the ranking.

    scroogled!! Love it haha

I got scroogled bad, i've given up even bothering trying to please the mighty G and am looking at other ways to get traffic. Stumble upon and reddit having the best results so far, followed by commenting on really high traffic blogs.

Have you looked at your link profile so see why? High percentage of exact match anchors, high percentage of deindexed links (maybe a particular network you were using got shut down) etc. the list of possibilities goes on. We need to know more before we can give advice.

Once you find the fault, think of the best way of resolving it with the least effort. You may find that you have already built a load of links that aren't indexed and you just need to get them indexed but it is best to find out the problem rather than stumbling around in the dark

Some people advice my that is not very good to put here the name, butWright ask me about the site:
The site have 5011 back links from 643 domain.
    Anchor text
    domain http://mysite = 29.7 %
    1 st. key word = 10.3 %
